Business founder and owner, James Rawls (pictured Below), started this business with a dream to bless those who have gone through the hardship of facing loss in their homes due to natural disasters. Over the years his business has grown and served thousands of satisfied customers. James holds his standards to the highest of quality. Thus he found it only fitting his business be named Quality Contractors (Later to be known as Quality Contractors Restoration, Inc.).

During the horrible tornado that came through the North Nashville area this past spring, our home received major hail damage and Quality Contractors came out to take care of all the work.
First of all, the concern that our home be returned to a better condition than it was before, along with the personal friendliness of the company's representative, made the entire process lose all fears of the company.
